         The project of "development of PANDA sectional marine datebase" is one of the main parts of data sharing which is included in the PANDA PLAN.The main work can be divided into several parts as follows:collecting and rearranging the PANDA sectional marine observations;assuming quality control and format normalized processing;establishing standard processing flow of date collections which were collected in different ways;developing network data shiring system as well as realizing such functions as data researching,scaning,uploading and making of visual products.
